DRIVERS LICENSE STATUS
Category 1 - you have a VALID CURRENT drivers license with NO SUSPENSIONS and no more than one citation within the past 5 years
Category 2 - You have a VALID CURRENT license but you have a suspension or multiple citations within the past 5 years
Category 3 - Your license is currently suspended or revoked but you have a dependable means of transportation to get to and from our shop. -WE DO NOT OFFER PICKUP SERVICE/RIDES to and from your house, EVER
EXPERIENCE STATUS
Category A - You have MINIMUM 1-YEAR experience installing wood privacy fences FOR A FENCE COMPANY as your primary occupation.
Category B - You have SOME experience installing wood privacy fences but have MINIMUM 2-YEARS framing or roofing experience using an air-powered nail gun AS YOUR PRIMARY JOB/OCCUPATION
Category C - You have little or no experience installing fences but you have MINIMUM 1-YEAR experience working in construction as YOUR PRIMARY JOB/OCCUPATION and you are experienced with power tools (Measure/Cut)
Please note. The interview will be a DEMONSTRATION of what you know, not a DISCUSSION. Before you are ever offered a position, you must SHOW ME that you know what you are doing.
Positions available
Laborers Training as Installers - Category B and C. Starts at $13/hour with potential for pay increase after 90 days
Installers - Category A ONLY. Starts at $16/hour with potential for pay increase after 30 days

DEPENDABLE AND HONEST. (Show up on time EVERY DAY and never leave room for doubt about your integrity)
PHYSICALLY FIT -Able to handle the heat and heavy lifting outdoors. We are not able to accommodate disabilities
FAST-LEARNER - Able to take instruction and apply knowledge to various circumstances and situations
