We are a well-established company since 1979 and are looking to add an additional office position to our current team.
We are seeking a reliable, organized office staff employee to join our growing company. In this position, you will assist in daily operations and clerical tasks. You should possess incredible multitasking and organizational abilities, be able to effectively prioritize assignments, and complete them in a timely manner. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and customer service focus are a must.
Support Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to complete necessary projects; work independently on prior delegated tasks
- Ensure an organized, clean, and tidy workspace
- Answering incoming phone calls, taking & delivering messages
- Scheduling service appointments and dispatching our team members
- Help to immediately resolve and mediate customer complaints
- General clerical tasks, maintaining and organizing files
- Welcoming visitors to our office
Skills & Qualifiers:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Computer literate; proficient using Microsoft Suite with an emphasis on Excel
- Confident using office machinery (fax/photocopiers, etc.)
- Fast and proficient typist
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organization skills and exceptional multitasker
- Time management; flexibility & the ability to prioritize new tasks
- Previous office experience and understanding of office procedures and processes is a major plus
- HVAC, Construction, Service industry and related industry experience is also helpful
