ï We are looking for Commercial and Residential Roofers with the following experience:
ï§ Torching, heat welding, setting rolls, tapered insulation, etc.
ï§ Experience with modified bitumen, single ply, tile, TPO, shingles, metal and coatings.
ï§ Must be physically able to perform the necessary duties including, but not limited to climbing ladder, lifting roofing rolls, working on a roof, working as a team.
ï Top pay for experience and dependability.
ï Full time position with overtime.
ï Referral Program Bring in an experienced roofer and receive $100 bonus after that person completes 90 days.
ï May include some travel (lodging & transportation covered for out of local area jobs).
ï Paid holiday and medical benefits after 90 days.
ï Training to improve your skills.
ï Drivers license preferred.
ï Crews for subcontracting are welcome to apply. Must have general liability insurance and workers comp or waiver.
ï Willing to train minimally experienced and roof laborers who are dependable and consistent.
