Now interviewing for year-round full-time position to take care of healthy, kind gentleman and guests at beachfront Panama City Beach high rise condo. Male, 62, non-smoker, active, no pets.
Must have dependable transportation, non-smoker, smartphone (iPhone preferred), be technologically proficient with iOS smartphone operating system. Monday-Friday, 8 hours per day.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Assisting owner in building/creating a fresh residence
Ensuring a smooth and controlled running of the household
Housekeeping and management duties
Excellent cooking, laundry & errand skills
Overseeing/scheduling repairing minor mechanical fixtures
Coordinating travel & entertaining schedules
Coordinating floral arranging and home plant care
Message taking
Welcoming guests
Interfacing with outside vendors and contractors
Oversee planning and preparation of entertaining, events and business functions
Maintaining household inventories
Food purchasing and planning
Wine & spirits inventories
Security systems
Maintain schedules
Organizing vendor / contractor visits
Maintaining family agenda and schedule including social calendars, events and special occasions
Personal shopping
Message and correspondence writing and handling
Interacting with personal and business-related guests
