Configuration Management Analyst, MidKey Role:

Research engineering documentation to ensure currency. Transfer parts lists from documentation and reformat for additional analysis. Research parts availability and currency by entering part numbers and Commer cia l And Government Entity ( CAGE ) codes into databases and preparing spreadsheets to more fully identify configuration and flag obsolescent parts. Update and revise CMPRO data in accordance with client prescribed format. Prepare regular and ad hoc reports. Track revisions of drawings and documents in accordance with Engineering Change Proposals ( ECP's )

Basic Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience with configuration management
  • Experience with managing Engineering Drawings or processing Engineering Change Proposals (ECP's)
  • Experience in working with Micro sof t Excel
  • Ability to us e MS Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:
  • Experience with Configuration Management Professional ( CMPRO ) sof tware
  • Knowledge of DoD configuration management procedures
  • Knowledge of Configuration Management process and procedures for Navy ships, boats or aircraft
  • Knowledge of inventory support, provisioning, preventive maintenance systems ( PMS ) , kitting or tech manual drafting and revisioning
  • Knowledge of electronics, mechanical, electrical or sof tware engineering
  • Active Secret clearance
  • BA or BS degree
