Basic Purpose To research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles. To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure. Develops basic knowledge of industry technologies/competition, concepts and trends. The Salesforce Developer implements Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices and performs peer code reviews. Participate in or lead development workstreams, from design through testing and deployment. The role will also serve as the Developer to configure, develop, and integrate the system. Candidates filling the role will be responsible for the code, configure, test, and debug new campaigns, including data configuration, email distributions, audience creation, and utilization of capabilities in the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Platform. The candidate should have a history of having engineered successful solutions in the relevant products and support of such in technically complex environments.Responsibilities• Serve as Salesforce Marketing Cloud technology expert responsible for design and technical implementation• Translate business and marketing challenges into well-designed solutions• Design, develop, and manage solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud• Conduct research and analysis; make recommendations for business requirements• Serve as mentor/trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members• Analyze, define, and document requirements for data, workflow, logical processes, hardware and operating systems environment, interface with other systems, internal and external controls and output • Design and code application solutions; integrate changes to applications• Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals• Troubleshoot and resolve application/solution problemsQualifications• Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Modules• Advanced knowledge of application development including determining, developing, testing, and implementing system requirements; designing, coding, debugging applications• Advanced skill applying innovative approaches to solve technical design issues• Advanced skill designing and deploying new, upgraded and/or existing systems• Advanced skill in systems analysis, workflow, or procedural analysis• Advanced skill resolving conflicting requests and meeting changing requirements• Advanced skill troubleshooting and resolving technical problems• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experienceDesired• Knowledge of DevOps principles• Experience with Azure DevOps tools to deliver solutions using Agile Methodology • Familiarity with server side API concepts• Understanding of Agile and Kanban • Understanding of CRM systems• Understanding of IIB (IBM Integration Bus)• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Location: 820 Follin Ln.
