Basic Purpose To assist with planning, managing, and directing the functions of the Lending Process Solutions support team delivering complex operational support to the solutions team and business partners. Ensure department objectives are met in operational stability, efficiency, asset management, change control, performance management, metric development, security, and integrity of solutions built by LSPS. Manage daily activities of professional employees and/or supervisors. Support senior management in developing and executing strategic plans. Act as Manager in the incumbent's absence.

Responsibilities:• Manage and direct operations to ensure targets, service level agreements and corporate objectives are met• Oversee 24 hour systems support to ensure continuous uninterrupted operation and the prompt restoration of systems during outages to minimize member impact • Recommend, develop, and maintain complete and accurate documentation for supported environments• Lead and coordinate availability and performance monitoring activities and execution of scheduled maintenance activities • Provide technical support and troubleshooting• Initiate and prioritize multiple activities for assigned support team members for completion of functions• Coordinate integration of solutions with existing applications; identify and resolve existing and potential conflicts to ensure compatibility• Build and maintain effective relationships with team members, management, key stakeholders and/or external contacts (vendors, etc.)• Ensure clear, concise, and effective communication of material• Perform supervisory/managerial responsibilities• Ensure adequate/skilled staffing; select employees• Establish performance goals and priorities• Prepare, conduct and review performance appraisals• Develop, mentor and counsel staff• Provide input and/or prepare budget requirements for Annual Financial Plan (AFP)• Ensure section/branch goals and objectives align with division/department strategy• Ensure efficiency of operations• Leadership Level - Supervise daily activities• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education, training, and experience• Expert knowledge of development and/or operations framework methodologies, including Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC), etc.• Extensive experience in Information Technology operations performance, reliability, and availability metrics• Advanced knowledge of banking/financial industry standards and practices• Expert skill troubleshooting and resolving technical problems • Expert research, analytical, and problem solving skills • Expert skill presenting findings, conclusions, alternatives and information clearly and concisely • Expert organizational, planning and time management skills • Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow• Extensive experience in working with all levels of staff, management, stakeholders, vendors • Expert skill interacting with staff, management, stakeholders and vendors diplomatically and tactfully• Great verbal and written communication skills • Expert database, word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software skills• Extensive experience in leading, guiding and mentoring others •

Desired - Working knowledge of NFCU Lending systems and software•

Desired - Working knowledge of NFCU policies, procedures, products, and services•

Desired - Familiarity with NFCU System Development Life Cycle Methodology

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Salary: $95,600 - $163,500

Navy Federal is now hybrid! Our standard enterprise requirement for a hybrid schedule is to report onsite 4-16 days each month. The number of days reporting onsite will ultimately be determined by the employee's leadership and business unit needs. You will learn more throughout the hiring and onboarding process.
