Oversee program quality, analysis of program effectiveness, and overall efficacy of clinical education in achieving strategic business priorities.
Collaborate with others to create and conduct needs assessments that provide meaningful data to leaders to ensure alignment of clinical professional development operations with the organization's strategic priorities.
Participate in the development of clinical professional development services with budget stewardship to ensure alignment with organizational needs and strategic direction.
What You Will NeedEducation:High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required.
Master's degree preferred.
Work Experience:5 years of experience required.
10 years of experience preferred.
2 years of leadership or management experience required.
5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
