Aston Carter is currently seeking qualified candidates for a Customer Service Representative position with a Fortune 100 company in Pensacola, FL!(This position is NOT remote, the position is hybrid and requires direct commute to Pensacola, FL)Description: To respond to member inquiries and requests over the phone in a very high volume, schedule-driven, and structured environment. Pay: $17/hour Job Duties:Provide information regarding the company products and services while demonstrating knowledge, active listening, multiple system adaptability, and engagement methods

Perform transactions or related functions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs and/or other accounts

Advise members of other products and services that may fit their needs and provide opportunities for positive member interaction

Handle a call volume of 80-100 calls daily

Qualifications:High school diploma/ GED required

Recent customer service experience working directly with customers. (1-2 years recent call center, retail, admin, or sales experience.)

Ability to work in a fast-pace high-volume environment

Willingness to help others and ability to navigate difficult conversations

Professional written and verbal communication skills

Quick data entry skills
