What You Will Do: Manage the daily operations of a clinical research department including clinical trials.
  • Conduct hiring, training, directing, developing, and evaluating of staff.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of policies, procedures, standards of practice and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations.
  • Monitors the departmental budgets to ensure availability and allocation of resources for clinical trials.
  • Oversee clinical trials through all stages.
What You Will Need: Licensure / Certification / Registration:
  • Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Certification specializing in Research Professional preferred.
  • Research Professional preferred.
Education:
  • High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Technical degree required.
Work Experience:
  • 3 years of experience required.
  • 1 year of leadership or management experience required.
