Local assisted living facility needs Healthcare Coordinator for our 60 bed facility. Duties include management of healthcare needs for all residents, ensuring medications are available for residents use, updating and charting in resident files, assisting residents with the correct self-administration of their medications, scheduling appointments and scheduling patient care needs.
