Pensacola Law Firm in need of a full time Bookkeeper to join our team. Position responsibilities include, reconciling statements, payroll, maintaining vendor accounts and insurance, responsible for accounts receivable/payable, along with other duties. Applicant should be well spoken with a polite and courteous disposition, organized, with strong verbal and writing skills. Must be proficient in Quick books, Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Word. Applicants must have at least 2 years of experience working as a full time bookkeeper. Background check will be required as well as personal references.
