Qualifications Required: - Current TS/SCI adjudication

Desired: - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or related Military Service to include Joint Cyber Analysis Course (JCAC) graduate- Security +, CISSP, and /or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) certificates- 6+ Years experience in DoD/NSA/DHS Defensive Cyber Operations and associated skill level courses DCO Courses- Master Training Specialist (MTS)

Responsibilities This effort provides instructors versed in Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyber Operations (DCO) technical underpinning, tactics, techniques, procedures, tools, and regulations to instruct personnel of various expertise levels, to include initial accession and journeyman operators, to conduct cyber operations. Instruction duties include developing, maintaining, and administering courseware, maintaining understanding of current operational parameters, and utilizing modern training delivery methods to include instructor-led Training, interactive courseware, computer-based training, and blended learning solutions, to meet course needs.

This position provides for Junior Defensive Cyber instructors to instruct and update / maintain curriculum for basic though advanced defensive cyber courses. Defensive Cyber Operations instructors will be responsible for delivering curriculum to military classes through a variety of instructional engagement methods to provide firm theoretical and concrete understanding of the training topics. In addition to instruction, instructors will conduct curriculum maintenance through the update cycle. A strong understanding of Defensive Cyber Operations is necessary for this position. Prior instructor experience is a plus.
