- Graduation degree in computer science, engineering or similar field (BE/B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA)
- 10-15 Years of experience who can fulfill the following
- Experience with agile software development methodologies
- Architect and design .Net web applications and products
- Design database structures preferably using SQL Server
- Hands on experience in developing T-SQL queries, stored procedures, functions and Triggers
- Hands on experience in latest technologies like .Net Core, Micro services, Azure cloud
- Ability to work with all layers: presentation, service, business, data
- Hands on experience using ASP .NET C#, MVC architecture, WEB API
- Hand on experience using scripting languages , JQuery, Ajax, React and Angular JS
- Experience using Azure Devops, TFS.
- Understand Project vision and objectives from user point of view
- Analyze requirements and propose optimum solutions
- Responsible for major aspects like Design, Usability and Quality of projects
- Must have schedule and priority management skills
- Should be able to analyze and recommend performance and security best practices
- Should be able to define development conventions and standards
- Ability to layout a technology roadmap
- Should able to driver the team to deliver the projects on time
- Understand business criticality and work with the teams
- Work closely with executives to update the projects status
- Should be able to work on Technical POCs
- Mentor and provide design guidance to team lead, senior and junior developers
- Application performance tuning and optimization
- Able to work on production-critical system
- Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- US Healthcare Domain expertise is huge plus
