Location: This position may be located anywhere in the U.S. The Project Administrator is responsible for supporting Culture Transformation projects and the Culture Transformation Team. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who takes initiative and contributes to a culture of continuous improvement and high performance in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, it will be helpful to be a highly organized, detail-oriented, accountable and flexible individual whose approach to project management/administration is not reliant on any one method or tool, but remains agile to support the growing or evolving needs of the project, team and overall organization. Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Partners across a matrixed organization with other project or business resources to achieve project, team and organizational goals, and communicate at various levels of the business in a professional manner.

Supports projects, programs and other initiatives by assisting manager/team, builds and maintains plans and timelines, schedules and contributes to meetings to ensure deliverables are met.

Assists in developing and enhancing project-related presentations, proposals and other documentation.

Builds and maintains reference documents to guide the approach and further support the execution of team or project activities.

Monitors activities to ensure project objectives are met within established timeframes and budgets, and hold team members accountable.

Maintains project plans and tracking mechanisms, and assists in documentation and project status tracking.

Schedules, conducts, attends and documents project-related meetings.

Supports management in overall objectives, assesses costs and savings, and assists with vendor activities including developing and reviewing statements of work.

Prepares correspondence and reviews documentation for conformance with established team guidelines and internal policies and procedures.

Analyzes data, researches and verifies information, and creates and maintains tracking mechanisms and task lists.

Maintains files and online document repositories, orders supplies, and coordinates with resources across the organization as needed.

May coordinate and distribute project-related communications.

May coordinate project-related travel arrangements, track expenses and submit expense reports.

May monitor, handle or distribute incoming calls, emails and requests.

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Requires a High School Diploma or GED

Minimum of 3 years of business experience, or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background

Preferred Qualifications:BA/BS degree preferred

Experience supporting complex projects or initiatives with multiple stakeholders

Health/healthcare industry knowledge a plus

Ability to travel may be required
