Job DescriptionWork as part of the Retail Customer Care team on a premier pharmacy service program, SimpleDose. This collaborative group delivers high levels of customer service to our patients to ensure they have a seamless experience filling their multi-dose packaged prescriptions at CVS Pharmacy. The SimpleDose Supervisor provides daily leadership, management and guidance to the licensed call center staff executing this program. As a Customer Care Supervisor you will be responsible for ensuring superior service for our customers and retail partners by providing information, coaching, and feedback to agents. Responsibilities include:-Supporting Call Center service level standards by holding agents accountable for results, as well as flawless execution of inbound/outbound calling programs and associated performance metrics-Creating and supporting a culture of inclusion and diversity-Ensuring all actions are in alignment with CVS policies and procedures, as well as federal and state regulatory requirements.Required QualificationsActive Florida Pharmacy Technician License.1+ years of working experience in a role leading, coaching and developing teams is required.1+ years of experience in a high volume call center environment with proficiency in call center technologies and applications.1+ years of working experience including strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, including knowledge of Access and Power Point.COVID RequirementsCOVID-19 Vaccination RequirementCVS Health requires certain colleagues to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (including any booster shots if required), where allowable under the law, unless they are approved for a reasonable accommodation based on disability, medical condition, religious belief, or other legally recognized reasons that prevents them from being vaccinated.
