- Responsible for various administrative duties such as copying, faxing, scanning, filing, coordinating travel arrangements and meetings while organizing and maintaining the office and Marketing Department
- Maintain and keep up to date promotional materials by coordinating requirements with graphics department, inventory management (if applicable), placing orders, and verifying receipt
- Plan and manage meetings, trade shows, conferences, and events by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing schedules and assignments, and establishing contracts
- Conduct research and maintain research databases to identify and evaluate product categories, market share, pricing, and advertising
- Accomplish organization goals by accepting ownership for new and different requests and explore and propose opportunities to add value
- Perform other reasonable duties as assigned
- Collaborates with the Marketing Department by creating various documents, spreadsheets and power point presentations using Microsoft Suite, as requested
- Collaborates with Information Technology, Legal, and/or Sales when creating and executing various applicable tasks
- Maintain Marketing Calendar accurately and timely
- Establish and maintain Marketing Communications Calendar
- Plan, develop, and execute communication to support Marketing’s key initiatives
- Assist in the development of Marketing’s key initiatives
- Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills, especially Word and Excel
- Superb organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Strong verbal, written and listening skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities
- Concentration required when reviewing materials and fielding requests
