- Seeking an experienced communications and design developer for our Digital Transformation team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about communicating and possess a high energy/go-getter attitude.
- The Senior Digital Communications + Design Associate requires the upmost professionalism and must be extremely dependable and detail oriented, with a demonstrated history of communicating in a personal and impactful way within a global, corporate setting. This role requires internal communications and SharePoint experience as well as a portfolio of past work samples.
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills - audience and stakeholder-centric
- Design-eye for PowerPoint presentations, and a knack for turning words into pictures/illustrations with strong layout capabilities
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft O365 applications - expert level knowledge preferred (PowerPoint, Emails, Excel)
- Experience in managing multiple priorities and staying on-task in a remote setting
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up and diligence
- Enthusiastic team player, excited to offer innovative ideas
- Excellent time management skills

- Experience utilizing a multi-channel communications strategy and planning messaging within time-bound parameters.
- Clear and concise style of writing
- Develop and execute on required Change Management communications and support the team to develop clear and relevant strategic messaging and campaigns.
- Editing experience, ability to look over and refine drafts to help the global team.
- Work in coordination with a video producer to create scripts and storyboards as part of a communications campaign
- PowerPoint Design for Executive level presentations
- SharePoint Design, Editing, Content Creation and Curation
- Graphics Design - produces concise, audience-centric content in functional format that is easy to understand and aligned to company/organizational objectives
- Communications project planning, meeting minutes, and follow up
- Copywriting and editing capabilities with adherence to company brand guidelines
- Extremely high attention to detail and must have excellent grammar
- Personality is very important for this role! Candidate ought to have a can do, problem solving, and make it happen attitude.
- Candidate will need to hit the ground running as this position provides minimal training. Proactively asks questions if clarity on role and responsibilities are needed.
- The ideal person will be collaborative, resourceful and work with agility
- Tactical in gathering information; comfortable talking to key people in the organization and asking the "right" questions to help understand and shape story narratives. Red threads (or builds a clear link to) Digital priorities and goals, ensuring information relevance and right level of content
- Manage distribution lists to target audiences as required.
