Marina Attendant

Serves as primary contact to guests and team members upon arrival in outlet and on phone. Specifically responsible for the following detailed duties.As a Marina attendant, you will:Greet and assist marina guests in a friendly and professional mannerProcess payments accurately for rentals, and merchandiseHandle cash, credit, and electronic transactions following company proceduresProvide information on marina services, rates, and policiesAnswer phone calls and assist with reservations or general inquiriesMaintain accurate records, receipts, and daily cash reconciliationSupport boaters with check-in/check-out procedures as neededStock and organize retail items and marina suppliesMaintain a clean and organized cashier and lobby areaCommunicate effectively with marina staff regarding guest needs and operationsTo excel in this role, you must embody our core values of integrity, passion, and a strong work ethic.
