Job Number: 229967The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works in collaboration and under direction of a Registered Nurse and is responsible for delivery of patient care as directed for assigned patients including medication administration, therapy and interventions. SIPP Only: Direct contact with the child and has primary responsibility for providing personal care, assistance and supervision to a child.
