- Work with client business analysts to gain understanding of the stated business requirements in the development of technical designs for the Customer/1 application that includes noted application impacts, testing recommendations and an estimate of the work effort based on stated application changes.
- Assist development team with application changes, that includes technical and functional assistance on how to complete the application changes, review of application changes and testing and coaching/training of junior resources.
- Work under senior project leadership and ensure on time delivery and escalation of risks/issues to delivery that may include the need for change management of the requested changes.
- Ability to step in and program application changes for adhoc support or to resolve complex application issues for the development team.
- Support the analysis and resolution of defects found in testing
- Support the analysis and resolution of production abends.
