Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. This role will involve handling a variety of tasks related to customer service, data entry, and call handling. Responsibilities: Provide top-notch customer service by responding to and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Process and handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and timely manner. Accurately enter new accounts and payments into the system. Manage and maintain accurate customer records. Handle potentially challenging customer interactions, demonstrating patience and professionalism. Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to manage and organize data. Schedule appointments as necessary. Act as the face of the company, representing the company in a positive manner. Ensure all tasks and responsibilities are completed efficiently and effectively. Deescalate any tense situations with customers, maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.Requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data entry and document management Experience in a call center environment providing customer service Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls professionally Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively Experience with email correspondence and managing customer inquiries via email Ability to enter customer orders accurately into a computer system Comfortable scheduling appointments and managing a complex calendar Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Capability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in the waste, refuse, and environmental waste management industry would be advantageous.
