As a Senior Administrative Specialist, you will provide day-to-day, high-level administrative support to the public and contractors. Perform document preparation, filing, copying, scanning, etc.

Assist with event coordination, department inventory, and management with arranging meetings with staff, one-on-one meetings, and developers.

Provide internal & external customer service and general support.

Update documents on various platforms

Assist by using eGenda for processing and draft documents.

Compose letters requiring research, analysis, and decision-making.

Create purchase orders, change orders, payment requests, P-card purchasers for the department, and process approved invoices for payment.

Assist with the department budget reports.

Request updated insurance certificates for vendors and department reports.

Work Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.About YouMinimum Qualifications:

An Associate's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field.

Four (4) years of experience in administrative experience with some executive exposure.

-OR- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Business Administration or related field AND two (2) years of experience in administrative experience with some executive exposure.

-OR- Six (6) years of experience in administrative experience with some executive exposure and managers discretion.

Valid Florida Driver's License at time of hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced Professional Certification.
