Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is hiring a Hospitality Flow Coordinator/ Environmental Aide who will be responsible for the flow of hospitality services as it relates to patient throughput. Must have strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to work with all levels and departments. Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking. Answering heavy call volume, fielding calls, coordination of room cleaning assignments and transport prioritization in concert with rest of logistics center. Hospitality flow coordination activities will occur daily between 7:30am to11:30pm. Must have effective handoff communication to ensure seamless processes. This position requires availability to work weekends, holidays, and other shifts as needed. Must speak English.
