Construction Apprentice
Location: Sarasota/Manatee
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20 - $30 per hour based on experience - Paid Weekly as 1099
About the Job:
We are Suncoast Building and Development LLC and are hiring a Construction Apprentice to assist in the repair of hurricane-damaged warehouses and various building tasks and repairs on residential projects.
This is a full-time position with opportunities to grow.
Requirements:
Must speak English, bilingual a plus
Reliable transportation with a clean driving record
Must have a cell phone
Ability to follow directions and pay attention to detail
Experience with and have your own carpenter tools
Dependable and punctual
Job Duties Include:
Supervise daily construction operations
Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers.
Complete building tasks and open punch list items
Communicate effectively with subcontractors and managers
