In this full-time role, you'll collaborate with our Project Manager to lead projects, supervise teams, and communicate with clients and adjusters to ensure excellence on every job.
What You'll Do:
Execute scopes of work for restoration projects.
Supervise crew members and subcontractors on-site.
Set up drying equipment, extract water, and ensure job site efficiency.
Communicate job progress and scope with team members and clients.
Estimate jobs using Xactimate and manage job files in DASH.
Be hands-on and ready to assist wherever needed!
Requirements:
Proven restoration and sales experience (required).
IICRC certifications preferred
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in confined spaces.
Full-time availability, with potential overtime.
