Start immediately as a Team Leader for the area's premier floor coatings company! We are expanding and adding additional crews and need a manager / team leader experienced in epoxy and polyaspartic coating applications. This position requires a self starter with a lead by example work ethic. You will be working on installations as well as supervising your team. Must have strong leadership skills, be extremely meticulous and possess good communication skills, all while motivating your crew to get the job done. Experienced only, starting pay up to $25.00, full time 40+ hours/week.
