We are in need of dependable people who don't have A LOT of personal issues, and we say that because everyone has personal issues from time to time, but if you have A LOT of personal issues, that's difficult to manage when trying to get work done.
We are looking for a couple experienced painters who have their own personal tools, a vehicle, is capable of climbing a ladder and working a full workday, 5 days a week. We provide all of the main equipment, including rolling polls, but you will need your own brushes, 5-in-1 and painters' whites.
This is for full-time work, 5 days a week. Our hours are roughly 7:00am-4:00pm Monday through Friday and occasional overtime.
We work inside and outside. Holiday pay for major holidays and bonus pay after 60 days.
Our payroll company has various benefits programs for health and retirement, but we are a small company and do not contribute.
We have been around for a while and have steady work. We want someone who is skilled enough to work independently and is reliable enough to complete a project once it's started.
We are flexible and generous with our employees, but want serious applicants only. If you want to work, we want to pay you. We start our pay at the lower end of the scale because everyone who painted their mom's house calls themselves a professional painter, we need to make sure someone is a professional before paying as such.
