Occupied, high-end residential repaints. Clean sites, tight protection, clear communication with homeowners and HOAs. We line up steady projects with clear scopes; you deliver consistent results.
What We’re Looking For
Solid residential repaint experience (interior/exterior; spray & back-roll; stucco/trim). Cabinets/millwork is a plus.
Professional with homeowners: on time, clean appearance, tidy work areas, proactive updates.
Prior experience subcontracting with organized outfits (CertaPro/Five Star style pay structure, change orders, paperwork).
Business-ready: General Liability ($1M/$2M) and Workers’ Comp (or valid FL exemption).
Proper tools and transport: sprayers, masking gear, ladders, reliable vehicle, smartphone for photos/notes.
References and recent job photos that show prep and finish quality.
