Contract delivery driver wanted to deliver automotive paints and supplies to customers in Sarasota, Charlotte, and DeSoto Counties.
The route runs Monday - Friday starting at 9:00 AM and ending at 4:30 PM.
Store location is in Venice near the intersection of US-41 Bypass and Venice Ave.
The route is expected to run 550-600 miles per week.
Great customer service skills and regular lifting is required with this position.
This is a contract position and the driver must provide their own vehicle. A minivan, SUV, pick-up truck, wagon, or other comparable vehicle is required. Standard cars are not adequate and cannot be used.
Auto insurance with liability limits in the amounts of $300k for bodily injury and $50k for property damage is required. This is more than "full coverage".
A clean background (no felonies) and motor vehicle record (no DUI's) are required. Candidates must also pass a drug screen.
