Overview
Island Lemonade Shakers is coming to Melbourne, FL!
We will be opening in the food court of Melbourne Square Mall.
This position starts in mid-August.
We are hiring for 2 positions: Cook/Crew, and Manager in Training.
We offer fresh-squeezed Lemonade, Limeade, and Orangeade Shakers, Island Dogs, Cheese Curds, Grilled Pineapple, Island Chai Tea, and more! We like to say, "We smash lemons live."
We also offer GMO-free flavor upgrades such as Pineapple, Coconut, Mango, and many more.
This job is 99% on your feet, being active.

It will be mostly fast-paced and you will get a workout from shaking the lemonade.
Goals
Our goal is to be the gold standard for quick-serve restaurants.
To have a clean store and excellent customer experience.

Requirements for application
ServSafe Food Handlers Certificate, if do not have one we will help you get one.
Managers must have a ServSafe Manager Certificate.
Successful passing of the Servsafe Certificate course is required for employment.

Further Management Requirements:
You need to prove and demonstrate a working knowledge of all equipment used, including troubleshooting and making mechanical adjustments.
A proven track record of leading people.
Cover Letters are required and should talk about whom you intend to be as an Island Lemonade Shakers Manager.
Agree to a one-year commitment minimum. (more details are discussed in the interview)
