Ocean Partners Hospitality is currently seeking full time Room Attendants. The Room Attendant will be responsible for the cleaning of rooms and halls in hotels, restaurants, and meeting rooms by performing the following duties.
Essential Functions:

1. Makes beds.
2. Replenishes supplies such as drinking glasses and writing supplies.
3. Checks wraps and renders personal assistance to patrons.
4. Moves furniture, hangs drapes and rolls carpet.
5. Cleans lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators and stairways.
6. Sweeps, scrubs waxes, and polishes floor.
7. Cleans rugs, carpets, upholstered furniture, and draperies.
8. Dusts furniture.
9. Washes windows, door panels, sills, A/Cs and filters.
10. Empties wastebaskets.
11. Transports trash and waste to disposal area.
12. Replenishes bathroom supplies.

Work Environment
This job operates in public spaces. This role routinely uses standard cleaning equipment, supplies and chemicals. The employee is frequently exposed to heat, steam, and noise.

The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, reach, lift, bend, kneel, stoop, climb, push and pull items weighing 25 pounds or less. The position requires manual dexterity; auditory and visual skills; and the ability to follow written and oral instructions and procedures.
Required Education and Experience
1. Prior work experience.
Preferred Education and Experience
1. Prior experience in a housekeeping or laundry position.
