We start with serving and move up to bar from within. Looking for a highly motivated, energetic server with somewhat open availability to work in high volume establishment. We are all outdoors on US-1 near Pineda Causeway in Melbourne and staying busy and properly social distanced through the Covid epidemic. We have a great regular clientele, non-corporate; have been in business for 10 years now. Our food is fresh and we serve beer and wine. You are expected to be self motivated, knowledgeable in POS, very friendly & outgoing. You take care of your tables 100% including all food running and busing. There is a very minimal tipout to the bar in compared to other establishments, but we do work as a team so you must be a team player. Credit card tips are paid out nightly. Our shifts are 9-330, 330 or 530-1030ish. This includes closing work. At least every 1/3 Sunday will be mandatory as we try and rotate them through all of the staff. We are open M-Sat 11 am- 10 pm and Sunday 12-8 pm. Yoi get 50% off meals.during your shift and 20% off your entire table when not working. We are closed most Hollidays including July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Fairly laid back dress code; tank top/short sleeve or long sleeve shirt, shorts or pants and slip resistant shoes.
