Vacancy Announcement - Occupational Health Administrative Analyst

GSE, Inc. has a part time opportunity for a team member supporting the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Occupational Health Program. The position supports a NASA Headquarters team of medical and environmental health professionals located at Kennedy Space Center (KSC).

Position requires a person with strong coordination and administrative skills to help schedule and set up meetings and conferences, research emerging issues in occupational health, help track actions and status for a team of 8 to 10 personnel and supports documentation of team activities.

Primary skills required for the position include:

Strong organizational, communication and administrative skills

Internet research skills

Computer skills (Microsoft Office & Share Point)

Excellent interpersonal skills

Project coordination experience including coordination of team activities, preparing reports and managing documentation

Schedule and promote webinars, video meetings and collaboration forums

Work with web site developers to maintain current content

Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.

The ideal candidate will have experience with occupational health disciplines and programs or course work in occupational health, nursing, or environmental health. The work is performed on-site at KSC, 25 hours per week (actual work days/hours are flexible). Part-time position, hourly pay commensurate with experience. Five years or more of experience working in a professional office environment required.

The position requires successful completion of a federal background check in order to obtain access to federal facilities, information technology resources and requires periodic drug testing.
