Precision sheet metal fabricator NOW HIRING general shop help, such as sanding/grinding dept and paint masking dept. Entry level "shop helper" position will be moved around the shop depending on where help is needed.
General mechanical experience and use of hand tools is preferred but NOT required. If working in sanding dept, job will require the use of electric sheet sanders, pneumatic grinders, metal filing/deburring tools, etc.
Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with a strong work ethic. MUST be able to follow direction and work well with others. Past experience in a shop environment or ability to interpret drawings will be given extra consideration. Our company is a precision sheet metal fabricator serving the aerospace and defense industries.
This is a FULL TIME position with benefits: 2 weeks paid vacation, 8 paid holidays, scrap metal distribution, dental/vision/life insurance, plus more. 30 day probation period required before becoming full time employee.
