We are currently seeking to hire a Commercial and Residential Roofing Sales Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a roofing sales team as you lead by example.
Responsibilities:
Build and form new partnerships with potential clients
Establish, oversee and coordinate the sales team activities
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting
Report on team and individual performance
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in residential and commercial construction sales, customer service, and commercial roofing installs. (TPO-metal-shingle-tile)
Superior organization and follow up skills focusing on the procurement and development of client relations
Extensive knowledge in interpretation and execution of blueprint and CAD technology
Familiarity with CRM platforms
Strong leadership qualities
Must be drug and alcohol free with clean driving record!
