Maintenance
Seeking a responsible maintenance person to perform a variety of condominium association maintenance duties. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, clean background check, own personal hand tools, a smart phone, take pride in their work and have a positive, can-do attitude. Communities are located in Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral.
This position is primarily an outdoors maintenance position, so must be able to tolerate working outdoors in potentially extreme conditions. Ideal candidate will be knowledgeable in wide variety of maintenance related skills, including drywall repairs, basic carpentry, painting, basic electrical, irrigation repairs, and other assorted maintenance/handyman skills that may be called upon. The position also includes basic cleaning duties, including site trash pick-up and removal, pressure washing, and other duties designed to maintain curb appeal. The candidate must be able to take charge and ownership of the position and be able to work with little direct supervision. Technician must be able to operate a personal computer to handle work orders sent by management software.
Reliable transportation is mandatory.
