Job Description: Main Responsibilities:

  • Performing research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Creation of weekly social media content calendar for all brands
  • Supporting and implementing social media strategies and campaigns to align with business goals
  • Setting specific objectives and reporting on ROI
  • Assisting the marketing Brand Managers with content creation for multiple channels
  • Repurposing content for different mediums including social media
  • Working with marketing Brand Managers to create engaging content for social media
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Manage and oversee all social media advertising campaigns
  • Additional Responsibilities:
  • Writing clear, concise and strategic messages that drive business results
  • Monitor social media campaign metrics
  • Brainstorm campaign or giveaway ideas to engage audiences.
  • Collaborate with other teams, like marketing, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews
  • Oversee social media accounts' design (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
  • Stay up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Coordinator; 2+ years
  • Hands on experience in content management and creation
  • Highly organized - must be able to manage multiple brand calendars
  • Excellent copy writing skills
  • Strong knowledge of Content Marketing, Digital Advertising, and Social Media Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Strong knowledge of Social Media Management Platforms (Sprout, HubSpot, Planoly, Unfold)
  • Effective in working under deadlines, prioritizing issues and managing concurrent assignments.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally
  • Experience in Illustrator, Photoshop, and other adobe creative suite programs as well as emerging design tools will be considered a plus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
