Property management company looking for a Resident Manager for our mobile home park.
We manage a 24 space mobile home park, it is quite, tranquil and located in the lovely city of Elkton, FL. Compensation will be free lot and trailer rent for a 2 bedroom trailer only. You can upgrade to a 3 bedroom trailer for an additional $150.
Duties include but not limited to :
Cutting and trimming the lawn using provided equipment
Keeping the dumpster area clean
Ensuring all tenants are keeping their lots clean and following park rules
Ensure chlorine is in chlorinators that feed the well - this will be shown how to be done
Knock on tenants doors to deliver messages from the office
And any other items the main office may require assistance from the resident manager
We will provide a 2 bedroom mobile home free of charge. Utilities included are water and trash, cable and electric are NOT included. No cash will be paid, compensations is a free lot rent and trailer rent only.
