Master Planned Community in Saint Johns, Florida is looking for night time maintenance staff team members. Candidates for this position must be at least 18 years of age, have their own transportation and prove capable of following a task list without supervision. This position requires team members to work both indoors and outdoors at night monitoring the facility and while preforming light cleaning in the gym and bathrooms. Available shifts are 5pm - 12am and 12am - 7am. Healthcare package and paid time is available to full-time staff members. Class D security license is preferred and would warrant a higher hourly rate higher than advertised.
