Digital Marketing Manager

Position Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, the Senior Digital Manager will assist with the development and ongoing maintenance. Multi-brand, multi-customer, multi-channel digital strategies including the growth of a Direct to Consumer (DTC) e-commerce business. This manager will work closely with entire marketing department and other sales leaders in planning and delivery of digital strategies. This position requires a multi-talented, high-energy, extremely organized individual with strong communication skills and passion for all things digital who is capable of strategic long-term thinking, sorting through priorities, and completing various projects on time and on budget.

Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Provide weekly, Monthly & Quarterly web statistics from Google Analytics and other tools
  • Set up workflows, list creation, & landing pages in Hubspot
  • Lead template design (emails, landing pages etc.) and other HubSpot initiatives as needed
  • Provide matchback results from digital campaigns (MROI)
  • Collaborate with director, brand managers and other marketing team members to plan and define project scopes and timelines
  • Identify, plan and manage execution of web content, links and image updates on various web properties
  • Identify and implement web app integrations
  • Assist with launch and editing of product SKU's within our web platforms as needed
  • Assist with PIM implementation and ongoing maintenance as needed
  • Work closely with internal and external creative partners to develop engaging online content and apply basic graphic and HTML updates as needed
  • Support all brands as needed with content creation for social media, e-commerce and enhanced content for third-party sites (Amazon A+, Wayfair Waymore etc.)
  • Handle multiple requests from other departments that require website and/or digital marketing support
  • Comply with all Health and Safety guidelines. Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field preferred
  • 5+ years relevant experience in an e-commerce/digital marketing/web development role with a specific focus on content management, user experience, and online marketing; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Solid understanding of web development, e-commerce, processes, and technology
  • Experience with Amazon, Wayfair, and other e-tail platforms preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Knowledge of market development and planning, marketing communications, market research, advertising and promotions, information design, digital strategies, production, and project management.
  • Experienced in pay-per-click and SEO practices are highly valued
  • Experienced marketing to multiple segments in B2B and B2C environments
  • Ability to utilize data to drive campaign tactics and strategies, and to measure marketing effectiveness
  • High energy, sense of urgency, decisiveness, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Exceptional communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration skills. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to interface effectively at all levels both internally and externally.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint), as well as online performance metrics such as Google Analytics.
  • Knowledge of HTML and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite required.
  • Ability to travel as required.
