- Oversee day to day IT operations including servers, networks, ERP, CRM, and other systems
- Collaborate with executives on new technology implementations and upgrades, including ecommerce integrations and a future ERP upgrade
- Administer the company's Dynamics NAV (Navision) ERP system
- Assist with report writing utilizing the SQL database
- Train users on systems functionality and support/troubleshoot technical issues
- 5+ years in an IT support/management role
- Experience with Dynamics NAV, Navision, or D365 Business Central
- Knowledge of reporting tools such as SQL, Jet Reports, and/or Power BI
- C/AL programming exposure a plus, but not required
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the willingness to grow your career and work on new projects
- Strong communication skills
- $90-120k range for candidates depending on skill set
