This role will support local and field users in a highly visible role that has a positive impact on both the department and the company. This Help Desk Analyst role is located in the Sunrise, Florida area and is a long-term temporary-to-full-time opportunity.Major responsibilities- Resolve technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups- Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and suggest solutions to address the root of the problems- Contribute IT support for productivity software, operating systems, and a variety of other applications used internally- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues Requirements - Good understanding of IT support ticketing systems- Proven experience in installing and configuring operating systems, networked and local printers, and business applications- Creative problem solver who anticipates risks and opportunities and maintains a vision for continuous improvement- Demonstrated knowledge of user administration and bug fixing in a client server environment- Understanding of basic networking concepts- Microsoft Office 365 experience desired Robert Half Technology matches IT professionals with some of the best companies on a temporary, project or full-time basis.
