RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce has a client that is seeking a Web Content Specialist in Sunrise, FL.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Web Content Specialist facilitates the day-to-day activities associated with publishing and maintaining web content in Salesforce Commerce Cloud Enriches user experience through tailoring of content across the company web site, including graphics, articles, rich media, and more Serve as primary Marketing contact of the Product Information Management (PIM) system to enrich and optimize product data, images, and content to ensure web readiness Work with content development agency to identify, ideate, and execute new opportunities for web content As a Web Content Specialist, you ensure published content is best practice compliant, including SEO, brand guidelines, and is tested for accuracy and quality assurance Test and troubleshoot with the development team the company website for UX fixes and improvement Collaborates with various departments and vendors to gather, create, and enter content into Salesforce Commerce Cloud platform Develop and maintain schedule of web content activity to ensure site accuracy and relevancy Supports content stakeholders with CMS access, training, troubleshooting, and reporting issues to Salesforce developer(s) Support Marketing and Merchandising teams to design/develop landing pages Contribute to the ongoing innovation of the digital marketing department Web Content Specialist tracks and analyzes site traffic and user events Collaborates with Digital Analyst to produce reports with actionable insights Provide additional web, digital marketing, and eCommerce support as neededREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Communications/Marketing, Journalism, or related field 3+ years of Web Content Management application experience (Salesforce Commerce Cloud a plus) Since the role is a hybrid remote/in-office, you will need to be able to successfully self-manage (and complete) multiple projects on-time Must have strong copywriting skills and working knowledge of HTML Knowledge of accessibility best practices for the web Proficient in Microsoft Office High initiative and forward thinking Creative and innovative thinker, organized, and solution oriented Excellent communication skills - verbal and written Excellent time management skills with attention to detail and accuracy Receptive to coaching and always learning - in tune with shifting trends in e-commerce and content marketing Ability to be both a self-starter and team player Strong organization skills and work ethic Experience with product databases and/or Product Information Management platforms, a plus but not required Basic SEO and eCommerce knowledge Pet Industry experience a plus, but not required Experience in project management and collaboration tools (Teamwork tool, a plus)Kforce is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
