- Provide strategic thinking, solutions, roadmaps and project leadership for all Data & Analytics work.
- Put your team's best ideas into action through planning and management; uncover gaps and omissions that may exist in a plan or deliverables.
- Play a central role in your team's growth through coaching and constructive review of ongoing engagements.
- Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques and best practices including prototyping new architecture methods, tools and products that might provide future value to our clients.
- Be a thought leader by contributing to blog postings or white papers.
- Be part of the global thought leadership team on agile, digital transformation, cloud analytics, and modern data & analytics concepts.
- A solid background in growing a data and analytics practice for a consulting agency or a mix of private firm/consulting firm experience.
- Deep knowledge in Modern Data Strategy and Governance, and Enterprise Business Intelligence solutions.
- Experience with design, development and deployment of complex data and/or analytical solutions.
- Experience in articulating traceability of information management solutions to business goals and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading teams to architect/design holistic solutions (people, process and technology) in at least one of the following areas Metadata, Data Quality, Data Governance or MDM.
- Understanding the capabilities of data governance, data quality or MDM tools and how they can be leveraged as part of an enterprise Information Management solution.
- Experience guiding organizational leaders in understanding and adopting information management solutions and recommendations.
- Deep understanding of the methodology and/or frameworks for one or more of the following: Data Governance, Data Quality, Master Data Management.
- Expertise in implementing enterprise data warehousing and the ability to do dimensional data modeling.
- Agile project leadership and execution experience
- Knowledge of data visualizations principles and understanding of KPI, measurement and insights concepts. Expertise in data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, and/or QlikView, is a plus.
- Experience leading project staffing, invoicing, budgeting, profitability analysis, and opportunity/funnel management.
- The ability to galvanize client stakeholders and teammates into action for a common goal through collaboration, building consensus, and authentically establishing credibility.
- Demonstrated success at developing a high-quality human experience through coaching, leadership and career development.
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited college/university.
- Travel: Nationwide travel required with more of a focus on the east coast region
