Agile Software Development Manager (Accenture LLP; Tallahassee, FL): Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Agile Software Development Manager in Tallahassee, FL, and the job duties are as follows:Participate in and/or lead agile ceremonies including user story definition, estimation of story effort, working with client business analysts on story refinement, assisting the Project Manager on release planning and sprint planning, daily stand-ups, functional tests, hardening sprints, sprint demonstrations and retrospectives;

Create proof of concept to validate design approach as required;

Write stored Procedures, PL/SQL Packages, Triggers, functions, Ref Cursors, Collections and Bulk Collect, using various Oracle utilities to implement the business logic;

Participate in Data Transformations, Data Loading, Database Modeling and Performance Tuning;

Develop/utilize NoSQL (Couchbase) containers for interim storage;

Design and develop Rich UI Screens using Web Standards, JavaScript, Durandal/Angular JS, Bootstrap, HTML5, DOM, XHTML, jQuery, CSS/CSS3, Ajax, JSON and XML;

Plan, create and execute unit test cases using C# language and test runner provider by N Unit and fix defects identified during testing and re-execute unit tests to validate results;

Support client conducting user acceptance testing;

Work with Continuous integration / Continuous Deployment for Build and Release Managements using tools such as TFS;

Support deployment of application into production and maintain applications after release and submit weekly status reports, and prioritize workload and tasks;

Report and manage defects according to established processes, ensuring accurate and timely entry into Team Foundation Server; and,

Support interviewing and recommending additional development candidates as necessary to meet Program staffing needs.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Technology, Computer Information Systems, Computer Applications, Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the IT consulting industry.Of the required experience, 5 years ­­of experience must be in each of the following:.NET Programming to provide code reviews to members of the team; and,

Creating technical designs for user interface screens, reports and backend components from client business requirements.

Of the required experience, 4 years ­­of experience must be in each of the following:PL/SQL design and development;

Completing complex queries for Oracle, SQL and Couchbase databases using SQL Developer and the Couchbase query tool;

Recommending and implementing design improvements; and,

Agile development.

Of the required experience, 2 years of experience must be in each of the following:Durandal or Angular JS; and

ObjectOriented Databases or NoSQL Datastores to operate in client specific environments.
