Marketing Program Manager II (Ondot)A Marketing Program Manager leads, coordinates, or participates in 1-2 large projects and/or 2-3 shorter term projects simultaneously that may include research analysis, project documentation, problem resolution and status reporting. Creates appropriate business/process flows for more complex projects, establishes and monitors success metrics accordingly and provides a post-rollout review/audit with recommendations.You will provide direct project management and leadership launching Card Services (CS) products. In this highly visible role, you will support key strategic initiatives and will be a direct liaison to the product and marketing organization, leading the project management efforts and contributing to go-to-market (GTM) success.This role supports the organization's strategic marketing objectives, client and consumer engagement, innovation needs and Card Services' revenue goals, coordinating with product teams, marketing staff, internal clients and colleagues and with external vendor partners.Essential Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the successful go to market (GTM) external launch of all assigned Card Services (CS) products. Most importantly, this includes tracking, reporting and responsibility for all market readiness, and management notifications of project date impacts or other issues.
  • Primary liaison into the CS Marketing Organization to track, create and ensure all launch artifacts are delivered using the CS Pragmatic framework, RACI document and checklists.
  • Evaluate and define business requirements for internal partners and clients, desired outcomes and implement solutions.
  • Work closely with CS Marketing Team to develop and publish market facing value and competitive differentiators in all launch materials.
  • Work closely with sales and AE communities to ensure market readiness to sell products by GA date. Track all external market facing deliverables and incorporate strategic marketing plan into project managing execution and tracking.
  • Work directly with the Product Service Delivery team to ensure GTM readiness supporting the CS Product Plan.
  • Launch assignments could include smaller product enhancement or full program management for larger key product.
Education:
  • Bachelor's degree required. MBA, MS or other post-graduate education preferred.
  • Certifications - Project Management Certification, Pragmatic Marketing Certification preferred.
Job Related Experience:
  • Project management experience managing large payments or financial services applications
  • Exposure to digital marketing practices including knowledge of SEO strategy, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and other content management tools
  • Marketing experience related to product launch or product adoption rates preferred
  • Minimum 5 years in a product organization or hands on project management experience preferred
Preferred Skills, Experience, and Education:
  • Ability to create PowerPoint presentations and tell the story to effectively communicate key points to both internal and client facing audiences.
  • Highly detailed and organized. Ability to create and track a project plan and manage multiple communications across multiple groups.
  • Ability to translate product feature functions into client and market value.
  • Project management experience, communication skills and presentation experience along with a self-driven attitude to support a dynamic, growing business.
  • High attention to detail, effective organizational skills, ability to balance multiple tasks and meet deadlines, ability to work efficiently and productively without direction or guidance.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and likewise communicate complex concepts in simplified, easy to understand terms.
  • Results driven individual with strong ability to conduct analyses and program results.
  • Ability to work in dynamic and fluid situations, and effectively navigates through ambiguity.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams to help build effective processes.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office Suite products and collaboration tools such as MS Teams and Salesforce.
