#INDISTNTT DATA, Inc. currently seeks a PMO Support Analyst to join our team in Tallahassee, FL.ResponsibilitiesThe PMO Support Analyst will report to the Lead Project Manager and perform project management related activities, including tracking and monitoring risks, issues, action items and change requests, helping to facilitate client facing project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating project activities at the direction of the Lead Project Manager. The PMO Support Analyst will report to the Lead Project Manager and perform project management related activities, including tracking and monitoring risks, issues, action items and change requests, helping to facilitate client facing project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating project activities at the direction of the Lead Project Manager.Experience and skills requirements for this position include:
- 3+ years of project management experience over IT systems implementations, including tracking and monitoring risks,issues, action items and change requests, helping to facilitate client facing project meetings, taking meeting minutes, and coordinating project activities
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Knowledge and experience in compliance with Agency for State Technology Rule 74-1, Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards (PM Rule)
- Experience in a project management role with State of Florida agencies performing IT systems implementations
- Microsoft Project Schedule experience preferred
