Experience in developing and supporting and administering with designing & deploying scalable infrastructures on Azure. Experience in working with large IT teams to execute and lead successful project implementations. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure. Ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions. Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting, and communicating with users and customers.Primary Responsibilities Work cross-organizationally to facilitate widespread use and adoption of the Azure Cloud platforms and developing a deep expertise in the Azure cloud platform and broad know-how around how applications and services Architected in Azure. Coordinate and/or complete the development of all necessary architecture documentation associated with cloud service solutions. Be a point person and participate in architectural discussions with the Department and 3rd party vendors to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment or integration in Azure. Recommend strategies for migration of existing systems to Azure, and interconnectivity with AWS. Consult and advise on best practices around integration of Azure connectivity with other SAAS and PAAS providers. Consult at a high architectural level around Cloud native solutions such as Serverless environments, Container Technologies, microservices, and other PAAS, ensuring architecture meets industry best practices. Provide Consultancy and architecture support for Application migration to Azure Cloud. Define operational procedures and practices. Engages in developing proof of concepts (POCs) for new programs, assessment for cloud amenability and create business case. Drives Infrastructure as Code processes to ensure building out environments, maintaining baselines and cost governance models can be automated. Create best practices / technical architectural guidelines for building & hosting applications in private & public cloud environment.Education Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, MBA, or related field preferred.LocationTallahassee, FLDurationLong TermWhy Kyra?
