• Designing, developing and maintaining an Enterprise Data Warehouse
• Develop conceptual, logical and physical data models to support data analysis, reporting and business intelligence
• Leads team in providing guidance, standards, and best practices to database designers, data analysts, & ETL developers.
• Develop and ensure compliance with data modeling, data Integration, business intelligence, data quality standards, master data management, managing the enterprise data model and managing all metadata in the current data warehouse environment.
• Able to design and build complex ETL processes to load data from source systems to data lakes and data warehouse.
• Execute and complete tasks and projects from the data governance team
• Actively participates in setting the direction and strategy for data architecture.
• Assess and document the flow of data between source and target systems
• Able to develop, understand and interpret Entity-Relationship, logical and physical data models.
• Identify and communicate appropriate resource requirements and work breakdown structure based on skills profile and best fit to complete the end-to-end solution design, and work with the project manager to ensure that project plans and finances align with the design
• Able to cross train and mentor others to develop data analysis and data modeling skills.
• Facilitate and lead meetings and requirements gathering sessions with end users and all levels of management
• Keeps management, project managers, team members and business stakeholders informed of critical issues, project status, changes, etc.
• Work with IT teams, business analysts and data analytics teams to understand data consumers' needs and develop solutions
• Able to embrace and adapt to change while demonstrating flexibility and the ability to develop and follow new processes.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field preferred
• Experience in data warehousing, data modeling and/or data analysis
• Experience in data management, data integration and database development techniques
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast paced, high velocity, environment; ability to stay focused on responsibilities, meet deadlines and manage competing priorities under pressure.
• Ability to drive effective meetings: workshops, design, and problem-solving sessions.
• Ability to present ideas in business friendly and user-friendly language; demonstrated aptitude for working with, supporting and communicating with users and customers.
